Running

Running is something that everyone is familiar with. WWe have been doing this since the days of the first man in order to run away from lions and predators. However in the modern day we watch people run really fast competitively, mainly in the olympics. There are many variants such as relay, long distance, short distance and marathons.

The oldest ever evidence of running was in the Tailteann games in Ireland in 632 BCE and 1171 BCE, however the Olympic games which first hosted running was 776 BCE.

Final Thoughts

I believe that this sport is amazing and I firmly believe all people who are capable should do it on a daily basis, even if it is only 5-10 minutes daily. However if you want to become a professional at this I would also recommend this if you have a passion for this as you need to be at a national level in order to make any money, and if you have a genuine passion for it then the journey will be more fun as injuries happen often in the sport.

Auto Racing

The first ever auto sports event was held in Nice, France in 1897 known as “, Speed Week.” This sport consists of people driving racecars on a track and whoever completes the most laps within a period wins.  F1 is the biggest and most watched auto sports league in the world and the 16th most watched league altogether with millions of spectators around the world tuning live in places like Monaco and Saudi Arabia.

Final Thoughts

Despite this being a really fun sport it is a very financially expensive sport. However this is extremely fun and it would be a great hobby to do on the side. However going pro is hard as you can’t practice at home if you don’t have the financial means like others. For example Max Verstappen was able to be sponsored by his parents due to the circumstances he came from. So in conclusion I would do this occasionally but not go pro, but ultimately it is up to you.
