Bodybuilding
Bodybuilding is an exercise of using progressive resistance in order to build muscles. This focuses on how you look instead of abilities such as powerlifting and quantity of reps and push ups.
The sport started in Ancient Greece as powerlifting and bodybuilding combined. However the western version started in the 19th century in England. The first ever competition was in the Great Albert Hall, it was called the Great Competition and this helped inspire the biggest bodybuilding competition in the world, Mr Olympia.

Final Thoughts
I believe that boxing would be better as you learn how to fight while getting muscle. However you gain an extremely aesthetic body if you do bodybuilding and if you want to go for it then do it however in the long term I wouldn’t recommend it. In conclusion, if you want to look aesthetic for the short term bodybuilding is great but for the long term I would go for boxing.
Gymnastics
Gymnastics is a sport based on immense coordination of the body and aesthetics. The first time gymnastics was performed in Ancient Greece around 2500 years ago. Some people regard it as physically the hardest sport to compete in due to many factors such as the strength and consistency required to persevere through the rigorous routines performed by the lean, shredded athletes.
The highest governing body in Gymnastics is the Fédération Internationale de Gymnastique (FIG) which is the body responsible for all disciplines in gymnastics and is the oldest sports organization in the world, created in 1881 in Liège, Belgium, however, headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Due to the flexibility required and the power gymnasts' need to eat a very healthy diet, however, many coaches and parents take this too far which causes eating disorders, a study done by the NCAA said that 51% of gymnasts get eating disorders or body dysmorphia
Finals Thoughts
I think doing this sport would be very beneficial for all people due to its nature of it as it targets many areas such as power, flexibility as well as aesthetics. However, you should bear in mind that there is going to be a great amount of sacrifice and injuries in order to go pro, and even if you do it recreationally then you going to need to be able to endure many injuries as we as the risk of having an eating disorder or body dysmorphia. Which is why I didn't want to do gymnastics however if you are really ready to sacrifice these things then gymnastics would be a great fit for you.
